We would like to apologize, currently we're still in the middle of migration to OJS 3 (we just installed OJS 3 around early August 2020). 

We are still working our best to add the contents, including the issues, author guidelines, publication policy & ethics statements, etc. Hopefully we will be able to migrate completely in the next few months.
