E-Government Berbasis Cloud Computing Pada Pemerintah Daerah

Abstract


Revolusi dalam peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah saat ini sangat nyata dirasakan. Salah satu perubahan yang tampak adalah dengan dicanangkannya program e-government oleh pemerintah di Indonesia. Bukan hal yang mudah bagi organisasi pemerintahan khususnya pemerintah daerah untuk langsung menerapkan layanan e-government secara penuh. Banyak tantangan yang dihadapi pemerintah daerah dalam mengembangkan layanan e-government ini, diantaranya adalah infrastruktur yang belum memadai, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, keterbatasan anggaran, permasalahan dalam lisensi perangkat lunak dan dukungannya, kesulitan migrasi pelayanan, integrasi dan manajemen antara perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras serta berbagai hal yang seringkali menyebabkan kegagalan dalam pengembangan program e-government. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi berbagai tantangan tersebut. Salah satu solusi yang dianggap tepat dan bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah penerapancloud computing untuk mendukung layanan e-government pada pemerintah daerah.
