OJS Migration

We would like to apologize, currently we're still in the middle of migration to OJS 3 (we just installed OJS 3 around early August 2020). Therefore you will find that the issues of JTL is incomplete. FYI our most recent issue is volume 21 no 2 (published on July 2020).

We are still working our best to add the contents, including the issues, author guidelines, publication policy & ethics statements, etc. Hopefully we will be able to migrate completely in the next few months.
